This North Carolina community, less than 2 hours from Raleigh and the coastline, seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible PM&R physician for this school of medicines PM&R department. You will be providing care in both an inpatient and outpatient setting.

Opportunities are there for musculoskeletal care, musculoskeletal ultrasound, botox, EMG, SSEP, VEP, phenol blocks, and wound/hyperbaric medicine. You will be a part of the training of residents, medical students, and any other allied health students. Research is a big part of this opportunity.

The Rehab Center at the Medical Center serves patients with Spinal Cord, Brain Injury, General Rehab, and Pediatric Rehabilitation.

The Center’s nearly 60 bed inpatient unit is accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in multiple specialty areas. The Medical Center is a JCAHO-accredited Level I Trauma center with over 900 beds.

This is a fixed Term position that is available at the title/rank of assistant professor or higher.
