Pennsylvania Hospital is seeking a Board Certified/Boar Eligible Otolaryngologist, This opportunity is to re-establish the practice of a recently retired physician. It is a turn-key opportunity, as the practice was founded 20+ years ago and is a key provider for care in the community. ER call is not required.
A comprehensive compensation package will be offered and may include:
- Salary plus incentive

This Pennsylvania Medical Center is an almost 200-bed facility located less than 1 hour from State College. The town population is about 10,000 while the Medical Center has a service population of over 40,000.
The City has seen a number of boom and bust cycles throughout its history – much like many of the rural cities and towns that have grown up along the River. Broad changes in the manufacturing industry around the country have had far reaching impacts on the small communities that grew up around their factories, including this community. Today, there is still a manufacturing presence in the City, in fact 16 percent of the City’s residents are employed in that sector. However, the major employers fall into the Educational, Health and Social Services Sector, which reflects the growing importance of both the University and the Hospital.
Five state parks offer outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting. There are golf courses, a Country Club, museums, and numerous restaurants and hotels, making this a wonderful place to work and raise a family.
