This Indiana Hospital seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join this established outpatient practice. You will be a partner and will join 1 other Pediatrician and a Nurse Practitioner. They plan to hire another Pediatrician in the future. Call will be flexible with every effort to make it so that it is shared evenly.
You will have hospital duties that will include, among other responsibilities: healthy newborn visits, management of non critical temporary issues, attending deliveries if OB requests so, etc.
This Indiana Hospital is centrally located between Fort Wayne, Indiana and Chicago. This 70+bed facility is a member of a Health Network. The hospital offers a newly renovated 13+bed intensive care unit and an 17+bed emergency department. Services include cardiology, women’s services, oncology, orthopedic surgery, diagnostic services, wellness and weight management, wound care, ophthalmology, obstetrics, inpatient and outpatient surgery, occupational health, urgent care, ENT clinics and rehabilitation services.
This community is known for its outdoor recreation including golf, hiking trails, lakes, parks, fishing and hunting. Housing is very affordable and the public and private schools are excellent. The area is also home to a private Christian college.
