This Health Network has multiple positions for Board Certified/Board Eligible family medicine physicians to join hospital affiliated groups. Office locations vary throughout the county including the South, South West, and North West (rural) regions. ER call is not required; some practice call; outpatient only or traditional family medicine is optional. OB is also optional. Certain office locations affiliated with one of the Hospitals will support J1 Visas.
*Hospital bylaws require board certification within 5 years of completing residency.

This Northern Indiana Hospital is a 395+bed tertiary care facility that opened in the 1900’s. The hospital’s areas of specialized care include one of Indiana’s only heart and kidney transplant programs, a Bariatric Surgery Center, Level II verified adult and pediatric trauma centers, an accredited and commended community hospital cancer care program and a certified primary stroke center. Th hospital’s trailblazing history of heart care is also evident through its accreditations as a heart failure institute and chest pain center. It has also achieved advanced certification from The Joint Commission for ventricular assist devices. The Children’s Hospital teams with more than 75 pediatricians practicing in 25+ areas of pediatric specialty in an environment filled with imagination and color. The Hospital is committed to providing the highest level of expertise and technology locally so patients don’t have to travel hours from home to receive the care they deserve.
